How long does shipping take?

We offer fast, reliable shipping with multiple options to suit your needs. Standard shipping typically arrives within 5-7 business days, while expedited shipping can get your order to you in 2-3 business days. Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase.

What's your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Most items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, as long as they're in original condition with all packaging and accessories. Return shipping is free for defective items. Simply contact our support team to initiate a return.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package in real-time through our shipping partner. Log into your account to view your order status and tracking information anytime.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. We're continuously expanding our shipping network. If you'd like us to ship to your country, please contact our support team and let us know!

How do I create an account?

Creating an account is easy! Click on your account icon and select "Sign Up." Enter your email address and create a password, then fill in your profile information. You can also sign up using your Google or Apple account for faster registration.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

No problem! Go to the login page and click "Forgot Password." Enter your email address and we'll send you a secure link to reset your password. Follow the instructions in the email and you'll be back to shopping in no time.

How do I view my order history?

Log into your account and navigate to "My Orders." You'll see all your past purchases, along with tracking information, order status, and the ability to view receipts. From here, you can also initiate returns or contact support about a specific order.

Can I update my account information?

Yes! Log into your account and go to "Account Settings." From there, you can update your email address, phone number, shipping address, billing information, and password. Changes take effect immediately, so you can continue shopping right away.

How do I manage my saved addresses?

In your account settings, click on "Saved Addresses." From here, you can add, edit, or delete addresses. During checkout, select from your saved addresses for faster ordering. You can set a default shipping and billing address for even quicker checkout.
